By accessing or using auraglasscraft.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Our Products

AuraGlassCraft sells digital-only stained glass pattern files (PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG formats). All purchases are processed and fulfilled through our Etsy shop. No physical products are shipped — your pattern file(s) are delivered as an instant digital download at the time of purchase.

License to Use Your Purchase

When you purchase a pattern from AuraGlassCraft, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Print and use the pattern for your own personal or commercial craft projects
• Make, use, and sell finished physical items you create using the pattern (for example, a completed stained glass panel, suncatcher, or decor piece) — this is normal and expected, and no royalty or credit is required

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, share, distribute, or repackage the digital pattern file itself, in its original or a modified form, whether for free or for payment
• Upload the pattern file to another website, marketplace, sharing platform, or file-sharing service
• Claim the pattern design as your own original work
• Use the pattern to create a competing digital product (e.g., a pattern pack, course, or kit that includes the file)

In short: sell what you make with it, not the file itself.

Intellectual Property

All pattern designs, artwork, tutorials, and written content on this site are the original work of AuraGlassCraft and are protected by copyright. Ownership of this intellectual property remains with AuraGlassCraft at all times; purchasing a pattern grants you a license to use it as described above, not ownership of the design itself.

Purchases via Etsy

All transactions take place on Etsy and are subject to Etsy's own Terms of Use, payment processing, and buyer protection policies. Refunds, download issues, and order-related questions are handled in accordance with Etsy's policies for digital items.

Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, copy its content for unauthorized use, or interfere with other visitors' access to it.

Limitation of Liability

Tutorials, techniques, and craft guidance published on this site are provided for general informational purposes. Working with glass and glass-cutting tools carries inherent risk, and you are responsible for following proper safety practices. AuraGlassCraft is not liable for any injury, damage, or project outcome resulting from the use of our patterns, tutorials, or content.
